Each template you import comes with two key pages:
Landing Page (Home Page)
This is your public marketing page where users learn about your AI toolkit and sign up.
Dashboard Page
After signing up, users land here and immediately access your SmartForms and CoPilots (Login Mode enabled).
✅ Every button on the landing page is already set up to lead users to your Dashboard.
✅ You simply update the copy, colors, and embed your FormWise toolset.
Below are the available templates with direct import links:

Use if you’re selling an AI toolkit based on your coaching frameworks (fitness coaching, business coaching, mindset, etc.)

Use if your AI toolkit is designed to help businesses save time, generate leads, market better, or streamline operations.
🎯 A polished SaaS-style general purpose template.
Use if you want your offer to feel like a full "software platform" — great for those launching multi-tool bundles like Content Suites, Growth Kits, Lead Vaults, etc.
Once imported, here’s what you’ll want to update:
Use simple prompts like these to rewrite your sections:
"Write a headline that shows [niche audience] how they can [save time / grow / get results] using simple AI tools."
"Write a short description for a SmartForm called [Tool Name] that helps [niche audience] [do a specific task faster]."
"Write an FAQ about how my AI toolkit works for [target niche]."
✅ Make the page talk directly to your niche audience (fitness coaches, salon owners, realtors, etc.) ✅ Update testimonials and FAQs with niche-specific examples.
Match your brand’s colors inside HighLevel funnel editor.
Keep it clean and simple — your users care about trust, not flashiness.
Replace any placeholder logos with your logo (or create a quick Canva version if needed).
Screenshot your actual FormWise dashboard with your SmartForms + CoPilots.

Or generate soft gradient backgrounds using prompts like: "Create a dark smooth gradient background image for a modern coaching AI SaaS landing page."
On the Dashboard page, embed your FormWise Login Mode link.
Make sure your SmartForms and CoPilots are inside Login Mode so users sign up and land directly inside the dashboard.
Tip: Always test the signup yourself to make sure the user flow feels smooth!

How do I create a toolset in FormWise? → From your dashboard, click "New Toolset" and drag in your SmartForms + CoPilots. Read: Choose A Toolset To Monetize
How do I enable Login Mode? → Open your toolset settings, toggle on "Enable Login Mode," and copy the embed code. This will make users create an account before accessing your tools. Read: Login Mode & Monetization
Where do I paste the embed code? → On the Dashboard Page of your funnel, drag a “Code” block in GHL, and paste it there. That’s where users will land after signup.
Do I need a website? → Nope. These two pages (Home + Dashboard) are your website. You can connect a domain to your HighLevel subaccount and hook it up to this website template.
Can I test this myself? → Yes — just visit your landing page in a private window, go through the signup process, and confirm the redirect works. Add a free plan to your login mode to test without payment.
