Previewing Your Tools

Every FormWise form consists of two different forms, a Development form which you see in the Form Builder editor window. As you make changes to this form, your Live form remains unchanged. There are exceptions to this however.

Themes and Prompts are shared between Live and Development tools . They are also shared between different tools as well. Make sure to create copies of Prompts which you want to use on different tools if they will conflict with existing ones.

Versions

You can publish your Development tool to Live by clicking the "Publish" button at the top of your Tool Builder window. This button will not be available if you do not have a prompt associated with the Tool.
