Step 1: Check Your Eligibility

To qualify for a free HighLevel sub-account, you must: ✅ Have an active FormWise Pro or Agency plan (Free trials are not eligible). ✅ Use the same email you have on file with your FormWise billing account.

Step 3: Confirmation & Setup
