The FormWise Dashboard is your central hub for building, organizing, and managing your AI-powered tools. This is where you can create, customize, and deploy SmartForms and CoPilots, organize them into Toolsets, and manage your workspace and integrations.

🖥️ What You’ll Find in Your Dashboard

1️⃣ Your AI Tools: SmartForms & CoPilots

• This is where all your AI tools live.

• Every SmartForm and CoPilot you create or load from a Starter Pack will appear here.

• Click on any tool to edit, customize, or share it.

2️⃣ Workspaces: Organize & Collaborate

• Keep tools organized by Workspaces for different clients, projects, or brands.

• Invite team members to a workspace (available depending on your plan).

• Seamlessly switch between different workspaces using the dropdown menu.

3️⃣ Toolset Management & Starter Packs

• Left Sidebar → “Toolsets” Tab – Create and manage Toolsets, which bundle multiple AI tools together.

• Load Pre-Built Starter Packs – Instantly access niche-specific AI tools and customize them for your audience.

4️⃣ Creating New AI Tools

• Top Right → “New Tool” Button – Start building a SmartForm or CoPilot from scratch.

• Choose Single AI Tool or Bundle Inside a Toolset depending on your needs.

5️⃣ Facebook Group & Knowledgebase

• Left Sidebar → Facebook Group Link – Join the FormWise Community for updates, discussions, and inspiration.

• Right Sidebar → “Resource Center” – Access the Knowledgebase, tutorials, and best practices.

6️⃣ Activating Your Free CRM Subaccount

• Bottom Left → “Activate CRM” Button – If you have a FormWise subscription, you get access to a free GHL subaccount to manage courses, memberships, and client portals.

• Perfect for gating and monetizing your AI tools.

7️⃣ Account Settings & API Integrations

• Bottom Left → “Account Settings”

  • Add your OpenAI API key.

  • Connect third-party integrations.

  • Manage your billing and subscription details.

8️⃣ Support & Onboarding

• Bottom Right → Live Chat & Onboarding Call
