### 📝 What Is It?

The **Brand Voice Profile** is a new section inside every FormWise **Toolset Dashboard**, giving your **end-end users** (clients, customers, team members) a way to **customize how AI tools sound** when generating content.

This is especially useful for users who want to match a specific brand, professional tone, or personality across everything they generate.

### 🎯 Why It Matters

While your SmartForms or CoPilots might already be set up with a default tone (e.g., friendly, formal, persuasive), some users want to **fine-tune** that tone to sound more like *them* or *their brand*.

The **Tone of Voice Profile** lets them do that—easily.

### 🧩 How It Works

#### Example:

| Field | Description | Example |
| --------------------------- | ------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Name or Brand** | Who should the tool sound like? | *"Victoria from Summit Coaching"* |
| **Role** | Job title or position | *Executive, Consultant, Cafe Owner* |
| **Personality Type** | General vibe/style | *Witty, Professional, Kind, Bold* |
| **Voice Description** | Sentence-style summary of tone | *"Uses formal structure and gentle authority to build trust."* |
| **Key Traits** | 3–5 tone adjectives | *Clear, Warm, Persuasive, Energetic* |
| **Additional Instructions** | Extra notes for the AI | *"Avoid emojis. Keep responses under 150 words."* |

### ⚠️ Overrides Default Tool Settings

When a user fills out their Tone of Voice Profile and has one selected, those instructions will:

> ✅ **Override any brand voice or tone settings** you’ve added directly into your SmartForms or CoPilots.

This ensures the user’s voice takes priority, and the tools generate content that truly reflects *them*.

### 🔘 Can They Turn It Off?

Yes!

**Users can toggle their Brand Voice Profile off on a per-tool basis.**\
If they want a tool to use your default tone (what you originally set), they simply un**click on the "Brand Voice Profile" option** when using a form or CoPilot.

This gives flexibility without forcing a specific experience.

### 💡 How to Communicate This to Your Users

> ✨ Want your content to sound more like *you*?\
> Fill out your Brand Voice profile once, and we’ll remember your style across all tools.

#### Email or Onboarding Message:

> You can now personalize how your tools sound! Inside your dashboard, you’ll see a **Tone of Voice** section—totally optional, but great if you want content that matches your brand, style, or personality.

> Don’t worry—if you’d rather use the default voice for a tool, just toggle your profile off anytime.

### ✅ Summary

* The **Brand Voice Profile** allows end users to define their personal or brand tone
* **Overrides your default tone prompts** in SmartForms/CoPilots (unless toggled off)
* Users can **disable their voice profile per tool**
* Helps users feel ownership of outputs and creates a branded, trustworthy experience
